Carefully Selected Ingredients
Meticulously selected black sesame seeds are roasted and then gently ground for a rich flavor.
Around 36,000 seeds are used for one 720 ml bottle.

The rich black sesame is followed by the sweet, gentle, and fruity aroma of rice koji from the middle to the finish. This is the product of rice koji, the essence of YATSUSHIRO DISTILLERY.
