for Sweet Potato ShochuMAROYAKA IMO
With Water “Maroyaka Rokuyon Wari”(6 parts shochu to 4 parts water)
The rich and sweet flavor offers a delightful taste and smooth texture.
With More Water(Half and half or 4 parts shochu to 6 parts water)
It gives a soft aroma of sweet potato with a crisp and clean mouthfeel.

KOME HOU JUN Shochu Martini(pre-dinner cocktail)
Ingredients:
2 ounces KOME HOU JUN Shochu
½ ounce blanc vermouth
1 dash black lemon bitters
Garnish: cucumber slice
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing glass.
2. Add ice. Stir for thirty seconds or until cocktail is properly diluted and well chilled.
3. Strain into chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish.
KOME HOU JUN Shochu
Cosmopolitan(dinner cocktail)
Ingredients:
1 ½ ounces KOME HOU JUN Shochu
½ orange liqueur
1 ounce cranberry juice
½ yuzu juice
Garnish: orange twist
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing tin.
2. Add ice. Shake for fifteen seconds, or until cocktail is properly diluted and well chilled.
3. Double strain into chilled glass. Garnish.
KOME HOU JUN Shochu
Red Currant Lemonade(dinner cocktail)
Ingredients:
2 ounces KOME HOU JUN Shochu
¾ ounce red currant syrup
¾ ounce lemon juice
Garnish: red currant berries
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing tin.
2. Add ice. Shake for fifteen seconds, or until cocktail is properly diluted and well chilled.
3. Double strain into glass over ice. Garnish.
KOME HOU JUN Shochu
Espressotini(post-dinner cocktail)
Ingredients:
2 ounces KOME HOU JUN Shochu
½ ounce coffee liqueur
½ vanilla syrup
Garnish: expressed orange twist
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing tin.
2. Add ice. Shake for fifteen seconds, or until cocktail is properly diluted and well chilled.
3. Double strain in chilled glass. Garnish.

Ingredients:
2 ounces YATSU BOSHI gin
½ ounce dry vermouth
1dash of orange bitters
Garnish: orange expression with twist

2. Add ice. Stir for thirty seconds or until cocktail is properly diluted and well chilled.
3. Strain into chilled glass. Garnish.
YATSU BOSHI French 75(pre-dinner cocktail)
Ingredients:
1 ounce YATSU BOSHI gin
½ ounce lemon juice
½ simple syrup
3 ounces sparkling wine
Garnish: lemon twist
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients (except sparkling wine) in mixing tin.
2. Add ice. Shake for fifteen seconds, or until cocktail is properly diluted and well chilled.
3. Add sparkling wine. Double strain into glass. Garnish.
YATSU BOSHI Clover Club(dinner cocktail)
Ingredients:
1 ½ ounces YATSU BOSHI gin
¾ lemon juice
½ ounce raspberry syrup
1 egg white
Garnish: raspberries
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing tin. Dry shake.
2. Add ice. Wet shake for fifteen seconds, or until cocktail is properly diluted and well chilled.
3. Double strain into chilled glass. Garnish.
YATSU BOSHI Bees Knees(dinner cocktail)
Ingredients:
2 ounces YATSU BOSHI gin
¾ lemon juice
½ honey syrup
Garnish: lemon twist
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing tin.
2. Add ice. Shake for fifteen seconds, or until cocktail is properly diluted and well chilled.
3. Double strain into glass. Garnish.

¼ ounce maraschino liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters
